Refund Policy
At Mane Brew Coffee, we take pride in roasting and delivering fresh coffee with care.
Because coffee is a perishable food product, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened coffee bags.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at manebrew@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
Unopened Products
Unopened, unused non-food merchandise may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resellable condition
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they are roasted, packed, or shipped. Once processing begins, orders cannot be canceled.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
